Grandpa Ken came over last night and Ava asked why he was limping around. Earlier that day, he had another hunk of worrisome skin removed from his calf (public service reminder to wear your sunscreen).
Ava and Flora promptly retrieved their Doctor and Nurse kit and gave Grandpa a lengthy followup appointment. They applied multiple bandages, administered many shots and prescribed massive amounts of medication for him to take at home. Luckily, his reflexes were great and his ears were infection free.
Grandpa was a very brave patient...very brave (especially later when he had to remove 15 bandaids from his leg hair).
