Well, after an exciting night at an LAX hotel (I will not go into it but there were 1400 Mind Control Millionaire Workshop attendees at the Westin...lots of strange individuals) we boarded our cruise ship (the NCL Star). We went right to a "fancy" restaurant for lunch. 
Little did Eric and I know...the next 8 days would taste just like that lunch. We were less than impressed with the food but the girls were thrilled with a constant stream of ice cream, fruit platters, hot dogs and french fries.
